Abdominal exercises after c-section?

I have had two c-sections in the last almost 3 years. Can I do any ab exercises that will flatten and define my stomach muscles? I was already trying to lose 35lb before I got pregnant and I want to lose at least 25 to 30 lbs now, so I'll weigh a little less than I did before I had the babies. After all those Cesareans I also had a gallbladder removed through laposcopy which involved 4 small incisions in the stomach. Then 1 1/2 weeks after that I had my 2nd baby who is now 7 months old. So is there hope for my abs?
