Can you feel the baby's heartbeat?

My boyfriend and I have been going out for almost three months now and we have had unprotected sex a couple of times. Now I can feel what I think is a heartbeat in my tummy. I had my period last month and I have not taken a pregnancy Test. I haven't had any morning sickness but my appetite has slightly changed and now I have weird cravings. Can you feel the baby's heartbeat... could I be pregnant?

No you can't feel the baby's heartbeat

You can never feel the baby heartbeat in your own body because it is too small and faint. You can feel your own heartbeat in parts of your body so it might seem like the baby heartbeat but it is yours. Cravings can simply be from lack of vitamins, but to be sure just try a pregnancy test and then you will know.
