I seem to feel a second heart beat and movement and I'm only 2 weeks pregnant.

No but you might be feeling "baby butterflies"

No you can't feel the baby's heartbeat or feel it move at week 2 of pregnancy. The baby is simply too tiny for you to feel it. However you might feel "butterflies" in your tummy as your baby grows and your body changes.

The baby's heartbeat is rarely heard by the mother, even at nine months, right before birth. Most of the time the only way to hear the baby's heartbeat is for a doctor to use a Doppler stethoscope. And your doctor can use an ultrasound machine to see the heart at approximately 8 to 10 weeks, depending on the individual woman's body.

Moms can start to feel the baby move (known as "quickening") at around week 16 to week 21.
