Cramping in early pregnancy?

I have a 7 month old and I am still breastfeeding. I have been cramping a lot and have taken pregnancy tests, but they all come back negative. Also there is a white discharge coming out. Is it possible to be pregnant and this is cramping in early pregnancy?

Cramping while breastfeeding
by: Linda

It is pretty common to feel some cramping when breastfeeding. What happens is that breastfeeding helps your uterus to shrink back to its smaller original size. So when you breastfeed you often feel cramping as the uterus is shrinking, just like you felt cramps when it was growing during pregnancy.

There is always a chance that you can get pregnant during breastfeeding months too so I'm not saying it can't happen. But your tests were negative so this is probably just the same cramping that so many women feel during breastfeeding and it is nothing to worry about.
