Drinking alcohol in early pregnancy?

I am a young healthy girl, but i also drink alcohol sometimes. I have had no other signs of pregnancy but lately when I do drink I have terrible stomach aches and I throw up after just a couple...which has never happened to me! I have stopped drinking now because I'm afraid I may be pregnant and don't want to hurt my baby, just in case. How bad is it if a mom doesn't know she is pregnant and has been drinking alcohol in early pregnancy?

My friend just had a baby. Nine months ago we were at a party and she was drinking and after her second drink she started feeling pains in her stomach and feeling really sick. She tried some home pregnancy tests, like about 12 of them over the next few months and all were negative. But I took her to the doctor and she was 3 months pregnant already... she kept testing because she "just knew" -- so always go with your intuition. Hope that helped

Alcohol is very bad for a baby. Stop drinking until you find out if you are pregnant or not!
