I have been peeing more than usual and my boobs hurts on and off. What is the earliest detection of pregnancy test?

Earliest Time For Symptoms
by: Zenia

Early pregnancy can be a difficult time. You may be hoping you are pregnant and waiting for the traditional symptoms to appear.

However, the problem is that many women begin to feel these symptoms at different times and some may not have any of the traditional symptoms that we equate with being pregnant.

These symptoms- tender breasts, nausea, fatigue, and cramping, differ from woman to woman. They can even vary from pregnancy to pregnancy which can make it difficult for women to tell if they are pregnant.

Generally the most reliable sign is a menstrual period which is absent. The first sign of pregnancy may be that your period is late and this is when many women begin to think about taking a pregnancy test.

Some women begin to feel these symptoms soon after they have conceived and others may be a month or more along before they begin to experience these or other symptoms.

Many of the symptoms mentioned above are caused by hormonal changes and they may continue until you have entered your second trimester (the second three month phase of being pregnant).

Pregnancy symptoms are not usually the most reliable way of telling whether or not you are expecting.

You should get in the habit of tracking your menstrual cycle so that you know roughly when your next period is due.

You will then know whether your period is late or is on schedule. If it is late, you can then arrange to take a pregnancy test and receive the appropriate medical care right from the beginning.

Can you have an ultrasound at 3 weeks and be told that you are carrying 3 babies?

Home pregnancy test

You sound like you have many of the typical symptoms of pregnancy, but it is hard to say if you are expecting or not since there is no info about when you had your last period or if you are late, etc.

Use a home pregnancy test to find out. The tests are a lot more sensitive and accurate these days. You can try a test one or two weeks after a missed period. And be sure to use it first thing in the morning, when your pee has the highest concentration of the hCG that the test is looking for.

The very earliest detection of pregnancy is where you have the blood test at a doctor's office.
