Early menopause at age 20?

I'm only 20 years old and it has been 1 year and 2 weeks since I last had a monthly period!

Could this be early menopause?

And will I ever be able to get pregnant again?

Possible explanation to periods stopping at age 20

When I was your age, my periods stopped also. I was on a starvation diet. I did lose weight, but my periods stopped for 8 months.

Finally went to my Doctor; he put me on a birth control pill to get my cycle started again.

Is it possible you aren't eating enough? Are you dieting or fasting?
