Early tummy pressing is a no no
by: Anonymous

You shouldn't let anyone press on you tummy while you are pregnant.

When you are about one to two months there's no way you can feel the baby yet. You wont be able to feel the baby til about your 16th week.

Pressing your tummy this early is not good for your growing baby.

There is some discomfort
by: Cecille

Many women experience stomach discomfort during the early part of pregnancy.

For some, it?s due to the vomiting that is so common in the first trimester.

Stomach pain during egg implantation is also quite common, as is menstrual type cramping.

As you get further along, stomach pain, heartburn, and digestive tract problems can all arise?

Once an egg is fertilized, it travels to the uterus where it implants itself in the uterine lining.

This implantation can cause cramps, sharp pain, and mild stomach aches. It usually only lasts a day or so.

However, there can be other reasons for your discomfort. An ectopic pregnancy could also be the cause. This is a very serious situation that will require immediate attention from your doctor. This is also not something that will go away on its own.

While this stomach pain is common during early pregnancy, if it continues, you?ll need to rule the possibility of the flu or even food poisoning.

Both of these can cause problems with your pregnancy in the early weeks. Your doctor should be able to prescribe medications that will help relieve some of the discomfort.

You may also wish to try limiting foods that are quite spicy or cause heartburn. Try crackers and warm Sprite to soothe your tummy.

However, if it continues, be sure to tell your doctor. You may have an ulcer or other type of stomach problem that will need medical attention.

You must be sure that you deal with any of these types of problems to prevent one of them from causing difficulties with your pregnancy.

I have felt the same cramping and also hunger pains, yet I have not felt like eating. And I've wondered if that was normal too. I have three kids already and do not remember feeling this way during my previous pregnancies.

I've been having pains like when you're really hungry and also period-like pains. Are these normal? I'm asking because I think I'm pregnant and I'm awaiting the results.

Pregnancy tummy aches

It is pretty common to experience early pregnancy stomach aches. It comes from hormones and from the pressure of the growing baby. Because of that pressure that is causing your tummy ache, you don't want people pressing on your womb and causing even more pressure. One way to get relief for the ache is to lay down on your side in bed and let your muscles rest that are holding up your growing tummy. Also you might try rubbing some shea butter on your tummy because the muscles and skin are being pulled and stretched.

Tell them to stop that

Hi, don't let people push on your tummy. What are they thinking? Tell them to keep their hands off your womb and leave your tummy alone.
