Ectopic tube removal - pregnant?

I have five kids. I had an ectopic and tubes removal. But now I saw spotting for two days then heavy bleeding for five days. I have frequent urination, I'm sleeping a lot and tired all the time, have nausea, feeling like something moved in my stomach. This has been happening for about three months now but my home pregnancy tests are negative. What is going on?

Both tubes removed or one?

I would suggest that you call your doctor's office and tell them what is happening. If you still have one tube you could have another ectopic pregnancy or a regular one too. Talk to your doctor.
