Yes sometimes I have false pregnancy symptoms right before my period, grrrr. I get tired and have mood swings, I get a backache, I have hunger cravings for chocolate, I go to the restroom a lot, my breasts are kind of sore, etc. Sometimes it freaks me out a little but I do a pregnancy test and wait for Auntie Flo to show. The symptoms are similar so it can be nerve wracking at times. Hang in there.
