Fatigue a symptom of pregnancy?

Can you be pregnant if you had your period a month ago and you don't have any symptoms except fatigue and hunger cravings? I had my normal period in October, but lately I'm hungry for certain things. Other than that I don't have any other symptoms except fatigue. Can I be pregnant?

Is fatigue a symptom of pregnancy?
by: Joy

Since your body is working extra hard to develop another person inside you, fatigue during pregnancy is very common.

Fatigue can be one of the most difficult first trimester symptoms, rating right up there with morning sickness.

As your pregnancy moves forward into the second and third trimester, the fatigue may not be as troublesome.

Of course feeling fatigued is not pleasant there are some things you can do to make it less difficult to deal with.

It's probably the last thing you want to hear, but exercise is one of the best defenses against fatigue. You do not have to do anything strenuous, just taking a walk each day is enough for you.

Doing regular exercises will also help you sleep better at night! If your body is relentlessly begging for a nap then take one.

Fifteen or twenty minutes is probably enough to recharge you for the rest of the day.

It is also a good idea to minimize your intake of caffeine, which can prevent you from sleeping well at night.

Either way you choose to deal with fatigue, be sure and listen to your body. It will certainly let you know when you've had enough and you need to pay it the respect it deserves.

Your body is going though many changes right now and you must take this opportunity to get all the rest you can.

You may not have the luxury of getting much sleep once your baby is delivered so take advantage of it now while you still can!

Those are two of the common symptoms. Not everyone gets all of the same symptoms. I guess you will find out when you are due for your period and you get AF or not. Only time will tell, but yes you could be pregnant.
