I forgot to take birth my control pills

I forgot to take a my birth control pills a few times. I had unprotected sex last week during the end of my period. Could i be pregnant? I have tried a pregnancy test and it is negative but I have symptoms. My stomach is really bloated, I have headache and back pains and cramps. I am really warm all the time and going to the toilet often. I have been pregnant before and that is why I recognize these signs. But I thought with me doing a test and it being negative I cant be pregnant, can I?

The only way to know is to test

Any time a woman forgets to take her pill and then has unprotected sex there is a chance she could get pregnant. However, the days right after a period are not usually the most fertile days so with a little luck that might have helped avoid pregnancy. But it sounds like you say you have some familiar pregnancy symptoms so maybe not. The only way to know is to use a pregnancy test.

This is a reminder of why it is really important to remember to take the birth control every day :)
