I'm just asking because I have never had it before but now I seem to have it all the time, in addition to other signs like tiredness and dizziness and heartburn and always going to the ladies room...

Yes. Sometimes not being able to use the restroom is a sign of early pregnancy. It can happen because the digestive tract slows down so your body can absorb more nutrients from the food, for the baby. Hope I helped! Happy pregnancy!
