Is hunger a pregnancy sign?

Um every nite and sometimes during the day I will just be relaxing and my stomach will growl like I am hungry. So i eat and then like 10 to 15 mins after I eat it will do it again but I am so relaxed so I don't know why it is. And when it starts to growl after I have eaten I will look down and it seems like my stomach moves slightly. Are these pregnancy signs?

Hunger and food cravings are two of the common early pregnancy symptoms that most women have. You are eating for two now, remember, ha ha. Also your body will crave various foods because you need extra nutrients. So be sure to take your prenatal vitamins with folic acid, etc.

Yes! I totally had food cravings,but not until my 2nd trimester because the 1st trimester I was so sick and only wanted cold foods. Anything warm made me sick. I always wanted cold shrimp when I was pregnant and I was a bottomless pit. Good luck!

Hunger cravings is a common pregnancy symptom. When I was pregnant I had plenty of hunger cravings. I was "eating for two" as they say. I had cravings for some pretty funny foods too. However it might also be a stomach trouble instead so do a pregnancy test and see for sure.
