I'm not sure about knees but do you mean you feel weak, dizzy, like you might faint? That is for sure one of the signs of pregnancy that I had every time. I was always needing to sit down or lie down because I felt like I was gonna FALL down, haha.
If you are pregnant, this symptom will stay with you a long time during your term. So try not to stand up too fast, avoid the stairs, keep your blood sugar up by drinking a juice box, etc.
