Kliofem 2 mg HRT

I have been taking Kliofem 2 mg HRT for just over 1 year.

Lately been feeling more anxious & having worse brain fog than ever.

Can I ask for a stronger HRT or is 2 mg the maximum?

Or can I try anything else?
