Late period and spotting

My last period was Sept 21st, and after that I had some spotting (pink and brown discharge) on Oct 6th and 7th on and off through out the day. I was not sure if this might be ovulation bleeding or implantation bleeding.

My period is now ten days late. I don't feel that I'm showing many pregnancy symptoms other then I'm soooo tired! it seems like no matter how much I sleep it is never enough. My breasts don't hurt at all and the color and size have not changed. I also have had a little heart burn, some lower back pain, some dizzy spells and few head aches. I've been taking more trips to the bathroom and have become a little sensitive to some smells.

What I also thought was odd and I apologize if this is TMI but all of my life whenever I have gotten hemorrhoids they were always external. In the past two weeks I have had what I believe are internal hemorrhoids which I have never had in my life. I looked this up and saw that constipation can be a sign and I wondered if this could of been a big sign for me since i have never had this before.

My husband and I are not trying, but a huge part of me would love to think that I am pregnant even though I don't think I am. I also wonder if there is a possibility that if I am, could the baby have been conceived in early Sept? During the first week I know I was fertile and my husband and I were together during that time once or twice. But I did end up getting my period so I thought maybe I'm not. Also the spotting doesn't make much sense to me either.

Also my husband and I only had sex about three times throughout September. We have not done it in October if that helps anyone calculate better. I haven't been under any stress which is why I don't understand why I'm so late. Can anyone please tell me what they think?
