Missed Periods in Menopause?

I missed a period towards the end of last year and although my husband had had a vasectomy the doctor insisted that I do a pregnancy test. All was fine and my period resumed the next month.

However recently I have missed another month and am now ten weeks since my last period. I keep having cramps, pain in my breasts and mood swings but no sign of period.

Is this early menopause?
