Missed pills, short period

Okay I missed 4 pills in my package last month. The month before I had a regular period. When this month came around my period was 3 days late and lasted 4 and 1/2 days, and then came back the next day for half a day. This entire time since the goof and during the time the goof occurred I have been using condoms and have been all caught up on pills and have been taking my pill on time every day.

Now I'm on my 2nd light blue pill and no period yet. However my nipples are sore but not all the time, my breasts are bigger and a little heavier, and I feel a bulge on my left side next to my hip. So far I have taken 3 tests and all are negative. My nipples seem to change between red to plain white. Are these symptoms a sign that my cycle is trying to reset itself because of the goof up or should I be picking out baby clothes? Please Help Me!
