I'm showing signs of pregnancy except the breast swelling or tenderness symptom. What does it mean?

Breast soreness symptoms

I've had 3 pregnancies and this last time I had twins. I had breast soreness with my single pregnancies but my breasts never hurt while I was pregnant with my daughters. You'd think they would considering all the estrogen the two of them were giving off. All women are different and will experience different symptoms. Look at me.
Symptoms come at different times

Different women get the various symptoms at different times, depending on their own body. Some women get tender breasts right away, or even get them every month on their period too. Other women don't get the tender soreness at first in the early part of pregnancy, it happens a little later for them. It is not something to look forward to, mine were so sore I couldn't sleep very well.
