Negative pregnancy test - am I pregnant?

I have had 3 months of light periods only lasting 3 days. Also I am bloated, and the tips of my boobs are brown. I have had some whitish stuff come out of nipples so does that mean that I am pregnant? I took the blood test and it was negative. Could it simply be too early? Please someone help me figure this out.

It might be too early to tell

Yes if you are feeling symptoms but the blood test was negative it could simply be too early to tell. The blood test is very accurate because it measures the hCG level (hormones) in your bloodstream (instead of the home test that measures for hCG levels in your urine stream). But if you wait a week or two and have even more symptoms then you can take the test again to see if now you get a positive result showing.
