Night sweats even though I am on HRT

I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure 13 years ago and have been taking HRT.

Recently I have begun to have bad night sweats even though my hormone levels are normal.

I have had a lot of blood work and heart testing to rule out other causes.

I'm wondering, is it possible this has something to do with my POF even though I am on HRT?
