No period for 2 months

I have had no period for 2 months now and my stomach cramps up as if I'm about to have my period. Is that a sign of pregnancy or another problem?

Yes those might be symptoms

Not having a period for two months is for sure a sign that you could be pregnant. Also having cramping is another symptom. Have you ever gone two months without having your period before? You really should try a pregnancy test right away.
