No symptoms at 7th week of pregnancy

I have conceived but I still get light bleeding happening on my actual menses period, and then it stops. When I checked with the doctors their pregnancy test result was positive. However I don't have any symptoms and I'm at the seventh week of pregnancy. I did not get nausea, morning sickness, anything. I only had two symptoms - breast tenderness and frequent urination. Is it any problem or is this just how some pregnancies are?

During my pregnancy I was basically symptom free.

I was experiencing swollen and tender breasts before my missed period so I took a home pregnancy test which was positive. The doctor confirmed pregnancy with a blood test.

At this point I was still only experiencing tender breasts. At about 8 weeks I had some light bleeding and had an ultrasound at the ER. The ultrasound confirmed that the baby was fine.

I did not have any other bleeding during the pregnancy and in April I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I'm sure you're fine. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry. You are a lucky one to not be getting sick.
