Pregnancy After a Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage and it was my first pregnancy. The doctor said I had a complete miscarriage. It has been four weeks since then and now I am feeling queasy and very emotional - can I be pregnant again so early after a miscarriage and if i am will it harm my body or my baby?

I went thru a miscarriage mid last year - doctors and nurses advised me not to start trying till I had cleared 2 menses cycles ... I hope this is helpful this is the advise even my aunts gave to me.

I too had a miscarriage due to blighted ovum, but after a month I went positive again and now I am 8-weeks pregnant with out any problem :)
