Pregnancy after tubal ligation?

I am only 1 day late for missing my period and I have sharp pains in my lower abdomen and a knot down by my pelvic area. This is the same pains I had when I was pregnant with my other three children.

The only thing is, I had a tubal ligation a year ago. I don't know if these pains could possibly be a sign that I am pregnant even though my tubes are tied.

I have the same question. So can you become pregnant or not? I had a tubal done over 5 years ago and now I met this wonderful man and want to start another family but looking into reversal the procedure is very expensive is their a chance one can become pregnant with a tubal?
