Prenatal Vitamins and nausea?

Everyday I take my prenatal vitamin and then anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour I throw up.

I was wondering if this is normal, and if the baby is even getting what it needs out of the vitamin when I throw up so soon after.

Should I take a second one?

Should I take it with a particular food?
