Second pregnancy differences?

I already have a child and now I'm trying for another. I stopped taking my pill about a week ago and already I feel tired, bloated, have backaches and dizziness. I've done an early test which was negative but could these be very early pregnancy symptoms, or side-effects from stopping the pill? Also any info on second pregnancy differences is very welcome!!!

I think that when you get off of the pill your body can think it is pregnant and create those symptoms.

But also it can cause you to ovulate. That's what happened to me, I became pregnant only 2 day off the pill.

I'm sorry I don't have information about 2nd pregnancies though. Good luck!
