Short period or implantation bleeding?

My last period was around the 13th of October, it is now the 10th of November. That period was heavy but short which isn't normal for me. Some of my symptoms I'm having include: nausea, high body temperature, sore breasts, mood swings, feeling bloated, sore lower back, gassy and frequent urination with light discharge. I have also been waking up a lot earlier and having dreams about pregnancy. I have taken many pregnancy tests and they have all been negative. :S What is going on?

Wait and see

There are many reasons your period might have been heavy and short. It probably was not implantation bleeding, that is more like spotting, only lasts a day or so and is light and pink, not heavy like your period was. You sure do have a lot of the sure signs of pregnancy so even though the hpt was negative it might be too early to get a reading. You might have to wait to see if you get your next period. If it doesn't start soon then that would be yet another positive symptom. A blood test is the most early and accurate test, so you might want to go that route in the next week or so if you miss your period.
