Slight periods in 2 months, am I pregnant?

My periods are usually heavy and last 4 or 5 or 6 days, but this past 2 months I'm having only a slight one and it last only 2 days. It is a very light one, does not wet my pads the whole day. And I'm wondering why I'm having signs of pregnancy like I have insomnia and I want to sleep all day, I'm always hungry,and a short walk makes me exhausted!!! And when i feel hungry I cant keep it long. I'm dizzy and I wanted to vomit, just feel light headed - but when I tried a pregnancy test twice it showed negative. I'm confused, please help :-(

It could be stress

If your pregnancy tests are negative, then the symptoms you are feeling might be from stress or something other than pregnancy. Check with your doctor and make sure you are not ill. Hope you feel better soon.
