There are a lot of possibilities and only a doctor could tell you for sure. Something that those little bumps may be is simply Montgomery glands, which are fairly normal and common. Or they could be fibroids but it is hard to guess. Sometimes yes the little bumps can be a sign of pregnancy because they can secrete oil to keep the nipples from getting chapped when breastfeeding. Good idea is to try a pregnancy test and it is always best to talk to your doctor about such things.
