I have little white bumps on my breast! Is that normal? Is it milk bumps?

I have a lot of small little bumps around my breasts. Does this mean that I am pregnant? I am feeling bloated too and I have never had my stomach stay like this after a period. Does this mean that I am pregnant? Someone said maybe the bumps are milks ducts. Is this a sign and also my boobs are a lot heavier and somewhat sore.
