Spotting or implantation bleeding?

I have always had irregular periods and I have now gone 3 months without my IUD. Last month I did not get my period and this month my breasts are very sore and I'm cramping but I only have light pink when I wipe - I don't even need to wear a pantyliner but i smell blood and see a little bit when I wipe. Is this spotting? Could it be implantation bleeding?

Yes, this could be a sign of pregnancy. I had the same thing happen to me a month ago and didn't pay it any mind. And a couple of days later my pregnancy had ended in miscarriage... good luck and congrats if you are pregnant.
